I Never Thought About It That Way

Why is it that you can check into one hotel and be met with outstanding service and yet when checking into another similarly-priced hotel, you can feel the employee apathy? How can one store fawn all over you as you purchase a business suit and yet you can't seem to get anyone's attention in another? It's obviously not the work - or the industry. The answer, in a word, is Culture!

 

But We Already Have A Strategic Plan

In a recent survey, 89% of senior executives believe that corporate culture has become as important as strategy to business success. If you don’t have the right culture, you won’t attract the right people doing the right things.

As Merck CEO, Richard Clark put it, "Culture eats strategy for lunch."

The greatest plan in the world can fail miserably if the existing Culture of the organization is not on-board. The vision for the organization is created at the executive level. Culture is created, honed and entrenched at the front-line level. That means your middle-managers are key players in improving your Culture. How does your strategic plan handle that?

 

The System

The 90-Day System to Culture of Greatness™ addresses exactly that.

But here is an offer you won’t find anywhere else: there is no investment or commitment required for the first 14 days of the system. In fact, why would we want to force you into a contract before we even know if a problem exists? Well, we don't.

So here's our promise to you: we commit to making amply sure that based on our 14-day program of surveys, interviews and questions, if we find no evidence for our services, we congratulate you and walk away. If, though, we do find some areas in which you might access our expertise, we would prepare a proposal for you outlining our strategies and services.

 

The First 14 Days:

Day #1 - we roll out two on-line (completely anonymous) surveys for your people - one for your employees and a separate survey for your managers/supervisors. These short surveys take no more than 5-10 minutes to complete.

Day #5 - surveys completed and closed and raw data is assembled and we study for trends, troublespots and inconsistencies between the management and employee surveys.

Day #14 - we meet either in-person or via phone or video conference and we show you what we found - including the raw data to ensure the numbers have not been skewed. If everything is good, nothing more needs to happen and we shake hands and go our separate ways. However, if there are some things you would like to address, we ask for your commitment to roll out the rest of the system for the next 76 days.

 

Overview Of The Program

The 90-Day System to Culture of Greatness™ is a multi-faceted program using a combination of workplace surveys, on-site questionnaires, staff conferences, management symposiums and on-line video.
