Ask any HR manager who's been waiting at the front door at 7 AM for a new hire who never showed up. No call. No text. Nothing. You spent money to find them. You ran the ads, posted on the job boards, maybe offered a sign-on bonus. They accepted the offer. You scheduled their start date. You ordered their gear. And then they ghosted you. So now, HR has to recruit for the same job again. And Finance flags it at the next management meeting: turnover higher than planned, overtime eating the budget, production down because the shifts aren't full. Meanwhile, every senior manager is asking, "What's wrong with today's workforce?" It's the wrong question.     The no-show problem isn't a workforce problem. It's a supervisor development problem, and this week's video shows exactly where the gap opens up and what you can do about it. There's also a "Ghost-Buster" tip at the end. One thing your supervisors can do this week that costs nothing and works. When your supervisors have the people-leading skills your employees expect, new people show up on day one. And the day after.
